The Quantum Circle of Success – a believe in energetic potential through people

What is a Quantum Company?
Basically it’s a theory in the process of being developed by people around the world right now. Depending on who you are, you will probably describe what makes a Quantum Company differently.
My description of a Quantum Company is a company that are able to work from the passion from the founders and everybody working at the company. It’s a company that generates energy from being truly dedicated to the mission and believes of the company and an understanding of doing business.
It’s a company that believes in doing their part of good in the world and mostly it’s a company that understands that success is delivered by the fundamental believe in how everybody in the company is connected to everything good or bad – the energy of the company comes through its employees believe and dedication to the company and to them self.
The Quantum Circle of Success
At our own start-up Mindjumpers, we have developed and are using what we call the Quantum Circle of Success. Basically its more of a believe than an actual tool, it’s a believe in that we are all at Mindjumpers part of the success we create.
Former in my professional life I have been working at to many companies with what I call a “Star and Water boy” culture. The sales team or the creative team truly believes that they are the only reason for the success of the company, and everybody else in the company is “just” water boys – this sort of culture is in my mind killing the energy and the true potential of the company.
At Mindjumpers we believe that we all take part in our success and we often talk about how interesting it is when you backtrack a success, that you can actually pin point a lot more actual names to the list of team mates that played part in a specific success.
To visualise and to work with the believe of the Quantum Circle of Success, we use what you can see below on our weekly meetings. The illustration is our tool to talk about what people in the different teams have been working on and without having to talk about it every time it becomes clear that everybody is part of the success of Mindjumpers.
